Consumer Charter of Rights and ResponsibilitiesThe HR&SS Consumer Charter of Rights and Responsibilities (the Charter) is integral to the service and operations of HR&SS. The Charter outlines the rights and responsibilities of consumers using HR&SS services, setting clear expectations for both consumers and HR&SS staff. The Charter also identifies the ways in which HR&SS ensures the Charter is incorporated into all aspects of our service and operations. The Charter was first developed in 2003 and was reviewed in 2010, in consultation with consumers, Board members and staff, in the context of new legislative and policy developments.
