Our team

It is the people at HR&SS that make the real difference. Each staff member is dedicated to enabling people with disability participate in life and to drive their own decisions. As such, our team members have been trained in people-centred practices, cultural diversity, indigenous needs, deaf awareness and other speciality areas in addition to their base qualifications in disability support. 

HR&SS wants our staff to keep getting better at what they do so we help them with ongoing learning and development opportunities. This also means they are up-to-date with changes in the sector and adjust their service to you to reflect best practice.
