Financial administrationIf you need someone to manage your bills and invoices, but you don't need any further support, HR&SS can provide financial administration services. HR&SS Financial Administrators can manage the payment of your service and support invoices on your behalf. We receive the invoices, ensure the payment is made on time and keep a record of all payments on your behalf. Invoices are tracked against your monthly budget and you can check your spending at any time via the phone. You receive an easy-to-read monthly statement from HR&SS showing all the invoices that were paid for you, making your paperwork much more simple. HR&SS can reimburse eligible expenses to you on a fortnightly (every 2 weeks) basis. Funding research and applicationsWe can find and apply for funding on your behalf. Our staff stay up-to-date with different funding available and the eligibility requirements. If your plan cannot be fully funded by the package you are currently receiving, or if you are not receiving a package, speak to us about what other options may be available. If we identify funding that meets your needs, we can also help you to complete the application. We can’t guarantee that the applications we write will be successful but our staff have had a lot of practice and understand the requirements of many of the funding bodies, especially DHS. Referrals to other agencies and servicesHR&SS workers maintain a network of contacts across various disability and community service providers. We try to keep up to date with any new services or good ideas that pop up from time to time. This means that when you are looking for the right organisation to provide the services or support that you need, we can usually help to find you a good match. |
